Sabin


Named after the Sabin School, the Sabin neighborhood was formed in 1968 and has grown into one of the most ethnically and economically diverse neighborhoods in Portland. Located in Northeast, Sabin is bordered by Vernon, King, Irvington, Alameda and Concordia.
